Membership-specific terms and conditions

BLACK FRIDAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

VALIDITY
-The Black Friday offers are only valid for new memberships purchased during Black Friday week from Monday, November 24 until Sunday, November 30, 2025.
-Memberships can only be purchased online.
-The offer is only valid if you have not had a membership with Studio Dansu in the past 6 months.
-Not valid in combination with other promotions, class cards, or existing memberships.

THE OFFER
-Discount on the first 3 months: from December 1, 2025 until February 29, 2026.
-No registration fee (worth €15).
-Free access to over 350 Online On Demand class videos (worth €19.95 per month).

DURATION AND CANCELLATION
-The membership starts on December 1, 2025 and has a minimum term of 3 months (the discount period).
-Early cancellation is not possible during the discount period.
-From March 1, 2026 the membership will automatically continue at the regular rate.
-After the discount period you can cancel on a monthly basis with one calendar month’s notice.
-If you cancel before March 1, 2026 your membership will continue until April 1, 2026 (1 additional month at the regular rate).

CHANGES DURING THE DISCOUNT PERIOD
-Upgrading to a higher membership is possible and can take effect immediately.
-Downgrading to a lower membership is not allowed during the first 3 months.
-In case of pregnancy or injury: please contact us to discuss options for temporarily pausing or ending your membership.

CHANGES AFTER THE 3-MONTH DISCOUNT
-If you want to adjust the number of weekly classes (more or fewer) after the first 3 months, you must inform us no later than February 20, 2026.
-From March 1, 2026 the membership will automatically continue at the regular rate.

OTHER PROVISIONS
-Absence due to vacation, illness, accident, etc. does not entitle you to a refund of membership fees.
-Cancellation will only be accepted if no outstanding payments are due
